I have worked with Danielle Godolphin on a few roles in the last 2 years and I have found her to be an excellent consultant. Danielle really took the time to understand the brief and proactively went out to search for candidates that matched our profile.
Danielle supplied some very good candidates but what impressed me most was her flexible approach when we redirected them to different vacancies and the relationships she built with them. Having spoken directly to some of the candidates, they really appreciated the time she had taken to help them with their interview, always available to offer advice and able to deliver constructive feedback.
Lastly, Danielle was able to persuade our chosen candidate to pull out of another active application process to secure her to work for us, and part of that was the way she had sold the benefits of working for the Derby Centre. I am very grateful for all her help!

Although as a business we regularly use Foundation this was my first experience of working with them.
