An excellent opportunity at the early stage of your career to join a prestigious NW property company, and work on prime real estate assets within a mixed use portfolio. Working within a small team alongside accomplished asset managers, this is a blended role with an initial focuson property management duties, however scope exisits to become increasingly involved in more strategic, value add activities

Overview Of The Role

  • Day to day management of the high value property portfolio
  • Undertake regular asset inspections, meeting with tenants and ensuring they are happy and complying with the terms of their leases
  • Oversee all service charge preparation and expenditure, working alongside accounting colleagues
  • Deal with all tenant applications for licences to alter, sub let and assign
  • Monitor and action lease events including rent review and lease renewals
  • Work with letting agents to drive down voids
  • Liasie with solicitors to agree new leases

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven property management experience across a commercial real estate portfolio
  • Working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law
  • Experience of managing large service charges
  • Ability to drive occupancy rates in accordance with business plan
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Commercial acumen to spot opportunities for value add initiatives
