Join a leading property management company with a vast portfolio of retail properties as the new Centre Manager of a prime leisure & mixed-use destination in Birmingham.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Lead and support the onsite team to achieve operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, offering top-tier support and collecting valuable sales data.
- Collaborate with the landlord, council, and key stakeholders to address operational and building fabric issues.

To be successful you will need…
- To have existing hands-on, customer facing experience, preferably within retail or leisure.
- An energetic personality, with enthusiasm and passion for the role, while being hardworking and organised throughout to lead the team at the shopping centre.
- An understanding of contractor management and health & safety knowledge.
