Job Title: Assistant Building Manager
Location: London
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Building Manager and TSM in the efficient operation of the building management office.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to tenants, contractors, and visitors.
- Assist in contractor management, including scheduling, oversight, and performance evaluation.
- Lead administrative duties, ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with tenants to address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall building operations and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within commercial or retail property management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong contractor management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to property management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
