With a property management company and its unique understanding of retail you could be the new Centre Manager for two prime shopping centres in Cheshire.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Building strong relationships with tenants and providing exceptional customer service to all.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the centre, supported by a dedicated team.
- Planning and implementing annual events and marketing strategies aimed at increasing footfall.
- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to boost the commercial potential of the sites.

What You’ll Need to Succeed…

- Solid experience in operations management and health & safety.
- Proven budgeting skills, with a track record of raising annual income and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Salary
£50,000 to £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
