Overview of the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional in the shopping centre sector, to join a vibrant retail destination. This role supports the Centre Manager in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and fostering strong tenant and customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing service charge budgets, including preparation, administration, and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and maintaining site standards.
  • Building positive relationships with tenants to maximize retail opportunities.
  • Supervising and developing on-site staff, including security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
