- Stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with the local community to drive footfall and dwell time.
- Managing the service charge budget and driving ESG initiatives.
- Create, and oversee the delivery of the operational budget, continuously looking to improve outcomes for staff, occupiers, visitors and the Client
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment to ensure the commercial success of the centre.
