Customer Experience Associate – London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading consultancy in the real estate sector. This pivotal role will involve delivering innovative customer experience strategies and services for a diverse UK-wide portfolio, including commercial offices, mixed-use assets, shopping centres, business parks, and residential properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Crafting customer experience strategies by identifying key business priorities and delivering expert consultancy.
  • Managing end-to-end customer experience projects, from customer journey mapping and voice of the customer programs to community activation.
  • Creating impactful surveys, reports, and dashboards using platforms such as Qualtrics, Tableau, and UXpressia.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a tailored and seamless customer experience approach.
  • Supporting business development efforts by participating in pitches and contributing to the growth of customer experience services.
  • Mentoring and managing a Customer Experience Manager, offering guidance and support in their professional development.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • passion for customer experience with a proven track record in similar roles.
  • Experience in or a strong understanding of the real estate sector and its operational nuances.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and manage client engagements.
  • Proficiency in customer experience research tools, such as customer journey mapping and voice of the customer programs.
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and business growth.

Package & How to Apply:

📍 Location: London

💰 Salary: Up to £65,000 + competitive benefits package

📅 Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (some weekend work may be required with time off in lieu)

🏡 Flexibility: Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
