Candidate Spotlight: Adrien Bagge, Shopping Centre Manager & Marketing Manager, Vallsur

Isabel Ruiz Halter, International Shopping Center Specialist at Foundation Recruitment caught up with Adrien Bagge. Isabel assisted Adrien Bagge in his job search, which resulted in his current position as Shopping Centre Manager & Marketing Manager with Unibail-Rodemco at the Vallsur Center, Valladolid, Spain.

Tell us about your previous career experience & how you came to work in the Shopping Centre industry.

In 2012 I started looking for a job in the logistics and management department. I had the opportunity to work in the sector within a leisure centre of which the anchor tenant was a cinema.  Step by step, I acquired the experience and skills to progress further in my career and manage larger, more advanced assets.

Tell us about you and your interests outside of work.

I love travelling, discovering new cultures, learning, going to the movies, reading and doing some sport to keep me healthy.

What are your future plans for the center?

I have several projects in my mall that I will carry out to better the customer’s buying experience and offer several services to drive loyalty. We have recently welcomed the arrival of a new hypermarket to relaunch the inflow of footfall and sales into the center. I always look for excellence, quality and differentiation for my shopping center and will continue to strive to introduce new initiatives.
