Tell us about your previous career experience and how you came to be in the shopping centre industry.

My previous career was in Town Centre Management in the Public sector. The skills I gained here such as project management, financial acumen, problem-solving and thinking outside of the box translated well into the shopping centre sector. Foundation Recruitment identified this and were incredibly helpful and professional in their approach to enabling my sector move. With constant feedback and outstanding knowledge of each business, I felt completely confident in them.

What are your interests outside of work?

I am a photographer and fine artist with a keen interest in sport especially sailing having gained my crew certificate a couple of years ago.

Tell us about your successes at The Forum Shopping Centre

Whilst at The Forum Shopping Centre I created a series of specialist events that gained media attention and was working towards becoming one of the first shopping centres to be Dementia friendly. I also worked on developing good communication throughout the centre with tenants and pushed forward investment into its structure.
