Foundation Recruitment caught up with Robin Swift, Clock Towers Shopping Centre Manager, to hear all about his career experience to date.

Tell us about your previous career experience and how you became to be a Shopping Centre Manager.

I have 20 years experience as Department Store Management with Debenhams PLC and Retail and Leisure Operations Manager with Silverstone Circuits Ltd.

What are your interests outside of work?

I am married with two children. I’m keen on fitness regularly swimming, cycling and running.  I love all sport, with a passion for scuba diving (qualified with PADI and BSAC)

I am also a leader within the scouting organisation and help run the local Beaver group.

What are the future plans for the shopping centre?

The centre is undergoing a full refurbishment and rebranding including new lifts, roofs, floors and branding throughout so we have an exciting few months ahead!
