My first year at Foundation Recruitment

Time flies!

It was a year ago when I first spoke with my MD, Julian Long, about the possibility of joining the International team at Foundation Recruitment. At that time, I didn’t realise all the challenges that my current role would bring, however, the amount I have learnt and grown in this last year has been unbelievable – so happy to be here!

Since my first day at Foundation I knew that something big was being created, and I felt so privileged to be able to contribute to the Company’s growth.

Up to now, we have been working in 20 countries with over 40 different nationalities and I have been building my network mainly in Spain, Portugal, Austria, France, Germany, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, working on many different roles within the Retail Real Estate industry.

We are currently collaborating with the main owners and developers in the sector, constantly growing our client and candidate base and we continually look to broaden our reach.  Just last week I was in Paris meeting some of our clients and I can’t wait for our next business trip – It’s great to be able to travel to different countries, meet our clients and see the schemes that are being developed!
