Always working with the utmost discretion and sensitivity, we will identify individuals who match the detailed role requirements assembled from our initial briefing meeting with you. Each individual is carefully approached to establish their receptiveness to a more comprehensive exploration of the opportunity. If interested, an extensive face to face interview with each candidate will follow, with comprehensive interview notes submitted for your consideration. Candidates are then progressed through a clients interview process and the final closing of the offer managed by us on your behalf. We will also respectfully remove unsuccessful candidates always mindful of protecting our clients brand and maintaining appropriate business relationships.
It is important to add that Search is always undertaken by us at Director or Founder level given the complexity of the process and the need for high levels of discretion.
