So, about last night…

The glitz and glamour of The Dorchester was again the venue for the annual SCEPTRE Awards, a dedicated and established event hosted by Shopping Centre Magazine where we recognise individuals in our unique and exciting sector for their outstanding contributions to retail property! From Marketing to Waste Management, Retail Liaison to Energy, Centre Management to Commercialisation, we had a real mixed bag of skills and experience to award with a range of accolades!

We would like to congratulate all nominees, runners-up and winners of the SCEPTRE Awards last night and would encourage you to get those accolades noted on your CVs as they are huge endorsements renowned throughout the sector!

The shopping centre sector is something we feel privileged to be a part of and it was genuinely exhilarating to see candidates we have supported in their career progression to be recognised for their hard work and innovation! The opportunity, via such a prestigious event to meet and network with the high achievers in the shopping centre management sector as well as clients we partner with on a day-to-day basis, is certainly one not to be missed!

As a business, we really pride ourselves on the relationships that we build with candidates and clients alike, and to meet with them (whether it is for the 1st or the 21st time!) adds genuine value to any recruitment process! We understand that skills and experience are very important when it comes to recruiting for any vacancy BUT we understand that culture fit is equally as important for both the employee and employer.

All in all, it is safe to say everyone had an enjoyable evening… from what they can remember!
