  • Oversee building management and facilitate daily operations.
  • Manage service partners, contracts, and KPIs.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance with a strong focus on prevention.
  • Enhance customer experience, drawing from diverse backgrounds like Apple’s.
  • Prepare service charges, work with surveyors, and manage finance systems.
  • Set up and manage contract purchase orders.

What We’re Looking For:
