Overview:

Cotswolds Designer Outlet, launching in 2025, is looking for an Operations Manager! We have partnered with Multi-Realm to find a strong fit to launch and forward manage the operations at this aspirational outlet in Tewkesbury.

What you’ll be doing: Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Cotswolds Designer Outlet, encompassing all aspects of operations and facilities management.

Pre-launch:

  • Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to execute the phased launch strategy, ensuring alignment with premium brand standards.
  • Mobilise the site by establishing service agreements with contractors and implementing robust health, safety, and crisis management protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with head office policies and relevant regulations to maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders.
  • Procure and manage facilities management services and third-party suppliers to maintain high standards while optimising operational costs.

Post-launch:

  • Monitor and ensure the delivery of high standards in facilities management, working proactively with suppliers and site support staff.
  • Oversee all facility and contractor management (hard and soft services) and health & safety to ensure a safe environment for staff, tenants, and customers.
  • Collaborate with Realm Head Office on operational projects aimed at enhancing the Centre.
  • Support and deputize for the Centre Manager in managing relationships with retailers and stakeholders as required.
  • Develop and drive the Centre’s ESG strategy across governance, workers, community, environment, and customer aspects.
