Are you looking to join a renowned FTSE 100 business, with possibilities of future progression, working on one of their dynamic mixed-use commercial and retail assets in the heart of London?

You could be the Assistant Property Manager working directly for the landlord and playing a pivotal role in the onsite team. (This is a 12 Month Maternity Contract)

What you’ll be doing…

  • Assist with the management of contractors in hard & soft services, such as cleaners, security, and maintenance staff.
  • Working closely with the onsite team to plan preventative maintenance, tender contracts, and provide support for financial activities.
  • Liaise with onsite tenants in commercial & retail while ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are complied with.

To be successful you will need…

  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment in commercial and retail spaces.
  • To be a confident, self-assured, team player, with the ability to inspire others through tough periods.
  • Experience in an facilities or administrative role and wider customer service skills.
  • Contractor, team management and facilities management experience
  • IOSH qualification is desirable

The budget is upto £38,000 + AMAZING benefits package, including healthcare, enhanced pension at 9.5%, and more.
