Overview

We have partnered with C-Screens on the recruitment of a brand-new role in the business, as their Head of Partnerships & Events.

C-Screens, founded in 2014, is the UK’s largest outdoor TV network. They provide innovative audio-visual solutions by connecting traditional and digital TV with outdoor advertising. With end-to-end services, C-Screens offers landowners, brands, and agencies a platform to engage bespoke audiences through outdoor TV media.

This key leadership role will focus on managing the London office team, relationships with external stakeholders (mixed-use & shopping centre management teams, retailers, leisure destinations, sports venues, and more.), ensuring smooth operations, and commercial success.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead on external stakeholder engagement within the London remit, creating strong relationships with regular clientele and generating new business.
  • Executing onsite activations, liaising with onsite management teams, to ensure all activations are compliant, safe, and operate smoothly.
  • Managing two direct line reports of the Retail Account Manager & Sport Account Manager, along with playing a key role in the wider London office team, of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

The right candidate will be:

  • Experienced within the ‘Placemaking’ sector, with an understanding of what it takes to run onsite activations, including awareness of security, health & safety, and permits.
  • A skilled negotiator and communicator, adept at managing complex relationships.
  • A strategic thinker and team leader, capable of delivering results under pressure.

The budget for this role is up to £65,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
