Overview:
Cotswolds Designer Outlet, launching in 2025, is looking for an innovative Marketing & Engagement Manager! We have partnered with Multi-Realm to find a Marketing & Engagement Manager to launch and forward manage the marketing operation at this aspirational outlet in Tewkesbury.
What you’ll be doing:
Your overarching role objective is to showcase Cotswold Designer Outlet as the premium, multi-faceted shopping destination it is. By collaborating with brand partners to maximize turnover, managing multi-channel content to drive engagement, and increasing footfall and spend through partnerships and affiliations, you will be pivotal to the success of the Cotswolds Designer Outlet!
Pre-launch:
- Joining the business approx. 3 months prior to launch, you will work closely with Multi-Realm’s Head of Marketing and Communications on the delivery of the phased launch strategy.
- You will work closely with external partners to create engaging, high-end and totally unique content.
- You will support brand partners in their pre-launch, ensuring their business is fully showcased and generating excitement amongst the catchments.
Post-launch:
- Implementing the agreed marketing plan and monitoring performance in collaboration with the Centre Manager and the Multi-Realm central team.
- Executing marketing activities aimed at maximizing retailers’ trading performances, footfall, and brand awareness.
- Having creative and strategic input; bringing ideas to the table and constantly asking “how can we be different?”.
- Increasing footfall and spend through partnerships, affiliations, tourism initiatives, and VIP databases.

The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in marketing and engagement, with an appreciation of premium and high-end offerings, in a customer centric environment.
- Proficient in communication and relationship-building, and skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Experienced in digital marketing and social media management, analytical with the ability to interpret market research and performance data, and able to support leasing efforts with demographic insights and local potential identification.
- Capable of serving as a brand ambassador, representing the outlet positively always, especially during VIP visits and stakeholder presentations, and maintaining the Centre brand presence through appropriate logo usage in partnerships.
