Overview

 

Our client is a highly regarded Asset Management business that are looking to add to their team with a dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee a a shopping centre in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and boost the overall performance of our shopping centres.

 

The Role

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans , focusing on local communities and market trends.
  • Manage and develop all digital and social media platforms and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the centre management team to coordinate events, campaigns, and seasonal activities that drive footfall and sales.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

 

What Skills You Will Need

 

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or shopping centre industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
