We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to step into the role of Operations Manager at a prestigious, retail-led mixed-use destination in the heart of Central London. This high-profile estate combines retail, leisure, residential, and office spaces, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Hard & Soft service providers across the estate, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control the operational budget, contributing to the annual service charge process.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including onsite tenants and the landlord.
  • Lead PPM measures and oversee fit-out and project work across the estate.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven operational expertise, including a strong track record of managing teams and contractors effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PLANT rooms and hard services management.
  • A confident, self-assured team player with the ability to lead and inspire during challenging times.
  • Ideally, professionally qualified with IOSH or NEBOSH certifications.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £55,000 to £62,000, dependent on experience.
