Overview of the Role:
As a Project Manager at The Merry Hill Centre, you will oversee the Retail Delivery Process on behalf of the Landlord, managing projects from initial design to completion. You’ll coordinate with tenants, internal and external teams, and stakeholders to ensure every detail aligns within their standards, making each project a success.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Conducting initial tenant design meetings and overseeing technical approvals.
- Managing pre-start processes, including health & safety compliance and contractor setup.
- Coordinating on-site progress, ensuring installations meet standards, and approving trade.
- Monitoring project expenditure, processing approvals, and ensuring financial control.
