  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory obligations, health & safety standards, and industry regulations.

  • Oversee and lead on refurbishment projects, occupier fit-outs, and service improvement initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, occupiers, contractors, and service providers.

  • Collaborate closely with sustainability teams to maintain BREEAM accreditation and introduce new ESG initiatives.

  • Monitor building performance through KPIs, audits, and service reviews, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Lead a high-performing on-site team, promoting a culture of accountability, customer service, and excellence.

  • Act as a visible and trusted presence in the building—bringing vibrancy, energy, and a modern approach to building management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing premium commercial assets, preferably within a city centre or landmark environment.

  • Deep understanding of both Hard and Soft FM services, including PPM planning, contract management, and compliance.

  • Proven experience managing complex projects, refurbishments, and fit-outs.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.

  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional occupier experience.

  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent are desirable.

What’s On Offer:

  • The opportunity to manage a truly iconic asset at the heart of Manchester’s business community

  • A key leadership role with autonomy to shape and enhance building operations and occupier experience

  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and an attractive benefits package

  • A progressive and supportive working environment with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation

If you’re a driven and visionary property professional ready to bring life, leadership, and lasting value to a flagship asset—this is your moment.
