Shopping Centre Director – Highcross Shopping Centre

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a multi-faceted transformation of Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester.  We are delighted to be working with Savills exclusively on this unique opportunity.  You will be responsible for driving the strategy and vision to re-establish the centre as one of the UK’s leading shopping destinations.

What you’ll be doing:

Your overarching role objective is to drive income and performance through exceptional commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills to ensure long-term success of the centre.

• Responsible for the overall management of the centre to drive the commercial, social and environmental performance.
• Create exceptional customer experience that exceeds visitor and customers needs and aspirations.
• Develop and implement the centre’s strategy focusing on customer trends, feedback and behaviours.
