An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Liaison and Marketing Manager to join a well-established retail and mixed-use destination in Manchester undergoing a major redevelopment. This role will be key in driving marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination to enhance the destination’s profile and visitor experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement a marketing and PR strategy, managing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
- Lead on social media management, content creation, and website updates.
- Organise and deliver events to drive footfall and community engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, media, and local businesses.
- Support the Centre Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- Experience in marketing, PR, and events within preferably a retail, leisure, or placemaking environment.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and maximising marketing impact.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing qualification preferred but not essential
Package & How to Apply:
- Salary: £42,000 – £46,000
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional evenings/weekends for events, with time off in lieu).
